The Rascally Dog Video Challenge Guidelines

Voting will commence at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, February 1, 2010 and will end at 12:00 p.m. ET on Monday, MArch 1, 2010.
After March 8, 2010, visit www.longliveyourdog.com/videochallenge to find out what challenger video was inducted into The Dog Chow® Dog Park Video Hall of Fame.

Voting for the next challenge will commence at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 2, 2010 and will end at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 30. 2010.
After September 6, 2010, 12:00 p.m. ET, visit www.longliveyourdog.com/videochallenge to find out what challenger video was inducted into The Dog Chow® Dog Park Video Hall of Fame.

Two videos will be randomly chosen by Purina prior to the next challenge. The last date to upload your video for consideration will be on Friday, July 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. ET (video submissions will not be acknowledged).
All videos uploaded to The Dog Chow® Dog Park that are not already in The Dog Chow® Dog Park Video Hall of Fame will be considered for inclusion in the next challenge.
Do not upload videos depicting situations which are, or may be perceived to be, dangerous to pets.
Only upload videos you have permission to post.
Do not include third party logos, brands, etc. in videos.
Any video submission determined to be objectionable will not be considered for inclusion in a challenge and will be removed from the site.

Two challenger videos will be posted to Purina's website at www.longliveyourdog.com/videochallenge for popular vote.
Every valid e-mail address is entitled to one electronic vote per day. Cookies must be enabled for voting.
Eligible voters (18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States) may submit their one vote per day in any manner.
Internet voting will comprise 100% of the score assigned to each challenger.
The challenger video that receives the most internet popular votes will be inducted into The Dog Chow® Dog Park Video Hall of Fame (there is no retail value assigned to this honor).

Nestlé Purina PetCare Company reserves the right to use, not use, edit, adapt, modify or discontinue the use of any submitted videos for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, all marketing and advertising purposes.
Nestlé Purina PetCare Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to change these guidelines and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any portion of The Rascally Dog Video Challenge at any time and for any reason, without notice.
Users uploading videos, voting or otherwise participating in a challenge agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and User Generated Content Terms and Conditions of the site.
