EASY TO FEED:  If desired, serve moistened by adding warm water (three parts kibble to one part liquid).

SWITCHING TO PURINA® FIT & TRIM®:  When switching to Purina® Fit & Trim® from another food, allow 7 - 10 days for the transition.  Gradually add more Purina® Fit & Trim® and less of the previous food to your pet's dish each day until the changeover is complete.

Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container for your dog daily.

For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.

Follow some of these simple guidelines, and you can have success, too.
  • ALWAYS measure your dog's food servings based on the chart shown.
  • Split your dog's daily allotment into several small meals per day.
  • If you feed treats, give your dog only one or two snacks/day that are low in fat.
  • Exercise moderately.  It can be fun!  Check with your veterinarian for guidelines.
  • Record your dog's weight each week to monitor his progress.
Slow, steady weight loss is ideal.  You can do it, and it's worth it for the health of your dog!
